Hello everyone! My name is Lynnea and I am currently 28 weeks pregnant, just entering my third trimester of pregnancy. Prior to getting pregnant I was very active, I am a fitness instructor (cycle and strength training), I worked out 5-6 days and ate healthy Monday-Friday allowing weekends for fun. Additionally, prior to pregnancy I weighed 128lbs and I am 5’4. Currently, I weigh about 150 lbs, my workouts have changed too 4-5 days a week, and I can no longer do intense cardio. I plan to use this blog to document my third trimester as I prepare to become a mom, as well as my transition to fit chick while living as a first time mom.
